This purchase includes:

• 1 Floor Plan full color featuring configured landscape, equipment and materials.

Product Conditions:

• Delivery days: 8-12 business days
• *Business days are counted starting from the payment of the product deposit and the submission of the essential files and references by the client.
• The price corresponds to the equivalent of 1 level of Floor Plan. If you need more levels, please add additional units to your cart.
• A preliminary draft without extensive details will be provided, where you must confirm if the model meets your expectations.
• To confirm your satisfaction, 100% of the value must be approved and paid in full.
• Once confirmed, the final images will be delivered in 4K JPG format and without a watermark once the remaining balance of the budget has been received.
• It includes the possibility to provide feedback/changes at no extra cost. From the 2nd change onwards, there are additional fees.
• Any changes requested after the delivery of the render with textures and lighting will constitute a “New modification”.
